B got two things wrong. 1. he cannot park his car in "reserved parking area"/ 2) his car's "student parking sticker" has expired. (he needs to renew his "student parking sticker". B might need to pay for renew that"sticker". what B said is trying to tell A that B wasn't real parking there and definitely B doesn't want to get a ticket.
