我认为D只是说员工害怕团队的不和谐，所以避免和同事讨论在工作中遇到的不愉快。但是员工们不谈不代表这种不愉快就不存在，也许矛盾会更深。
我认为D不如B直接的表示出对working environment的好处。
不知道这样理解是否对，希望大家讨论
