2 － 若象STONEREN说的：“while doing sth是做时间状语，当主语重复时被省略，且助动词一并省略”，那完句应是：while thesies are dealing with racial issues. 这里为何用进行时态？

3，thesies deal with racial issues对吗？ 应是poetry deals with.. 更合理吧

1 － A中while occasionally she deals with和D中while occasionally dealing的主语是不同的，前者while从句中主语是she，后者while从句中主语是the themes； 2 － while doing sth是做时间状语，当主语重复时被省略，且助动词一并省略； 3 － also可以做副词，也可以做连词；但是，GMAT中一般仅仅将also作为副词考虑，所以当联系两个句子时一般用and also。
