为何不用which从句修饰a minority?

在GMAT当中也有不少例子WHICH是跳跃修饰前面的中心词的啊，是否有其他原因？

ETS对于which 的用法相当活，就近修饰或是跳跃修饰的情况都有，这个已经有很多人讨论过了。我觉得这题单从语感上讲我选A，因为only 这个词的强调作用，其他选项都没有。

three-quarters a decade 应该是指四分之三个十年，如果放个 only 在其间，打乱了它的结构，所以我觉得 A 不对。
