标准答案为E，但我认为C答案也对，请问有什么问题？

这道题一开始我也选C，后来看了LZM的解释才豁然开朗。

这是LZM书上的解释：

C中，those指代主句的主语 the male and female blue winged warble, 而不能仅指代
the male and the female, 因为主句的主语不是 the male and female in the
blue-winged warbles 这种结构。而当把those指代的内容代入unlike短语中，unlike短语
不知所云。

我认为还有一点: difficult to distinguish (tell apart). It is difficult to tell A and B apart显然比A and B are difficult to distinguish要常用. it is difficult的结构更清晰.
