2. flase causal relationship: the decreasing profits of clothing stores and the increasing profits of sotres for home products are because consumers are choosing to buy home products instead of clothing.
It is very likely that clothing stores are making discounts on season ends so that they get less profits from selling that kind of clothings. It is also likely that the prices of home products are increased and thus the stores make more profits. In the case above, it is probable that people who buy clothing are more than those buy home products.
