不管是就读MBA，还是在国内发展，要想作出成就，以下几点很重要：

一、透过复杂的现象，提取事物本质的能力
二、出色的口头表达能力
三、出色的书面写作能力

以上能力应如何提高，请诸位发表高见。。。。

一、透过复杂的现象，提取事物本质的能力好好研究，MBA ESSAY，特别是career goal
二、出色的口头表达能力参加一个小班。MBA的口语和一般的口语不同，不要参加普通的口语班。应该就某些特定的topics多做presention
三、出色的书面写作能力好好的写MBA ESSAY并找人修改。边改边写。
结论：多在ESSAY上花写功夫，会有质的飞跃

4. risk-taking spirit
5. determination / motivation /self-discipline...
6. analytical ability
7. the value system that may shape others and the surroundings.

The admission officers are always trying to discover these qualities, from both writing ability /esssys, oral english ( interview and TOEFL) and the impressive stories.
