In C，the word“it”is the problem。However， this chioce is better than others。

不知道year后面是分号还是逗号;如果是逗号，就不能选B,因为B使that从句成为一个run-on sentence.如果是分号，感觉还是罗索点。

not so...as...seems weired in logic in 1. and what's the difference between it and one in 2? Thanks a lot!

B over...是一个独立完整的句子，怎么和前面的句子连在一起呢？
