OG NO。25 中the rising of costs 是错误的，但我记得曾在OG中还看到the rising of moon 是对的（就是那道讲把月亮错看成敌机的，可惜一时我找不到）。quite confusing!

我的理解：the rising of costs 中的 rising 是不能导致后面的结果的，而是costs
the rising of moon 是一个动态的过程
