if only because唯一的原因是...
1，2虽然也想表达“唯一的原因是”，但是alone放在facilities后面，就变成了“只是为了避免facilites的重复"但是可以有别的重复建设。
3.solely in that我不知道这种表达是否符合英语习惯，但是把它和前面的句子用逗号隔开是不合适的

不好意思,上面的哪个4里面就是duplication,我还就选的是它,感觉已经完美了,主要是不知道if only because 的用法!但现在就是 while 和if only because 的区别了!
