请各位解释一下好吗？我觉得making 的主语是前面的一句话，所以it指代Madagascar，d就不知道那里错了：（

og中说which. that不能指代一个句子，而应指代一个明确的就近先行词，所以A、B、C错。D中Madagascar的同位语应是one of the last habitable areas of the earth to have undergone human settlement，所以D错。E逻辑关系明确，越读越喜欢。
