答案给的是D，可是我不觉得这里几个选项有比较的意味啊？

注意more在because的前面。

是两个原因之间的对比，所以应该平行。

答案是C的话，C的句子怎么翻译呢？

是 because (their bodies bum calories too slowly than because they eat too much)

还是 ( because their bodies burn calories too slowly) than (because they eat too much)

觉得很搞，如果是后面一种的话，应该怎么翻译。

比起因为他们吃得太多，因为他们的calories消耗太慢?

这是什么逻辑？
