When making a self-introduction,it’s important to give specific information of who you are, where you have come from and relevant experience.

Also, you need from the beginning to show that you are an enthusiastic, energetic and responsible candidate, for the job that’s advertised.

Remember there is nothing wrong with a little bit of buttering up.
I’ve been following the progress of your company in the newspapers closely, and I’m very interested in becoming part of the Research and Development team.
I can see that you are really going places, and I wanna be with you when you get there.
The interviewer in order to make the candidate feel at ease, will start off with some very basic questions.For example, what do you like to do in your free time? Are you in any social clubs? The answer can tell you a lot about the person that is coming to the interview. Are they a sociable person? Do they have good social networking skills?
为了能让应聘者放松，招聘者刚开始会问一些简单的问题。
例如：你业余时间喜欢做什么？你都喜欢参加什么样的社交俱乐部？
这样的问题的答案能让招聘人了解应聘人的性格。他们是否擅长社交？他们是否具备良好的社交能力？
怎么回答？
If you can relate to the interviewer why you like a certain activity, for example football,you can show off your skills as a team player, as somebody who likes to take care of their own health. It’s also a chance for you to shine through your personality.
You can use this opportunity to tell the interviewer about a recent competition that you took part in. How did you get on? Did you win? Explain what it is about that activity that draws you to it the most. Maybe it’s simply to make friends,to just relax or to stay fit.
Without sounding too much like a brag, you can also use your experiences in social activities to demonstrate certain leadership skills. Maybe during a competition, you, as team captain, had to make a difficult decision How did you face that challenge? How did you think you performed? Did you get any feedback from your team mates, or friends who were there at the time? But there is no harm in showing off how you feel you had achieved something during that day when you made that difficult decision.

It’s been really usefully helping me to manage my time more efficiently. And gives me more time to pursue my hobbies.
