本人性格稍显内向，不是很aggressive, 一直在想自己的性格适合不适合读MBA。因为接触的一些MBA很多都比较aggressive.

It is not your character that decides if an MBA fits you, but your career needs decide.

The MBAs you've met, I guess, are not originally aggressive, but are trained so during the MBA studies.
