想请教各方NN，我看了千行，千行上说carefully coordinating...修饰SVO，因而不合逻辑，那B选项中的carefully coordinating...能不能单独修饰BP？放在句首的v-ing不是既可以修饰S,也可以修饰SVO吗？
所以B选项为什么不选呢？

但是要比较

若按LZ所说

ving修饰的是svo，那么in这个部分在句中的关系是什么？是被ving修饰？还是作为总起修饰全句？还是其他？

C选项的which的话就限定了只有一种做noun modifier的可能，所以就不存在所谓的歧义了
