我理解答案是e，但是很好奇c中：such a chemial irritant,这里such读起来的确是多余，但是是为什么呢？请一枚nn指教，并且说一说such在gmat中单独的用法，不胜感激！！！

C选项还有其他更明显的错误，但这里只针对你提的问题谈一下：一般such多用作举例， such 如果如C选项中的用法，前面句子中应有其对应表述，不然是多余和突兀的。
