A the remainder of which 没有指代。which本来应该是指代increases in sales, 但是隔太远了，指代不到。
B的话。。封号要连接两个完整句子。。但是封号后面的不是完整句子。
C对的。。后面的是一个伴随状语
D 主句缺少谓语

可是如果说C选项的后面是伴随状语的话，与前面不是同一主语，不可能做伴随啊。。。。
