这道题选E没问题，但是og上C的解释有一句using a semicolon results in a sentence fragment不太理解，分号连接的是句子啊，问什么还是fragment？谢谢~

这是一个从句，不是完整的句子。

是从句的原因是因为有while引导么？因为我怎么看分号前后都是主谓宾齐全的阿？

while在这句话里面的作用与although一样，引导让步状语从句，表虽然、尽管。
