答案选B，但是我有个疑问就是在D选项中，把 it hampers。。。。。和 results in 看成平行为什么不对？看了答案的解释也不是很明白

逻辑上，B选项的意思是，前面的整件事情导致之后的结果，而你选择D，那么and并列，and后面省略相同主语，于是主语就是study，也就是说，the study导致xxxxx，改变原文逻辑意思

有点明白了。。看来我的逻辑很不严谨啊，谢谢啦！
