正确答案选e，我可以理解这道题考主谓一致，但是og上对BD的解释我有一点不懂：

B,Each state must be compared to all other states ；their does not agree with each

D,Each state must be compared to all other states; subject and verb do not agree .

这里所说的 Each state must be compared to all other states  是什么意思？

OG想说，their表示所有的states，那么比较的对象也要是all states，而while从句的主语是each state

我觉得应该是，OG认为each state 应该与all other states (除了each state本身以外的所有states)对比，既然while 从句用了each state,那么主句的their 应该改为all other states, their不仅语义不对，而且与while 从句的each state 也主谓不符。是不是这样理解呢？我也不理解OG的解释。

同问，如果d中determines换成复数，那么会不会正确呢？

还是不正确， while. 这里表转折，表达前后两个分句是不一样的。
从逻辑意思上要求，前面是all 共性, 后面分句each个性。
