E选项大概是说对于又被irradiated(暂且理解为微波吧)又被cooked的食

物来说,造成维他命B1减少的原因是复合的。也就是说,你怎么知道对这样

的食物而言是cooking造成维他命减少呢?
作者要驳斥之前提出的微波至少不比cooking坏的态度,也就是对cooking是

正态度,由此可排除D。
