C a lowering of interesting rates, along with fears about inflation

along with是一个名词的modifier，就近修饰rates，

首先，along with和and的区别，在于前者是【伴随状语】，后者是【连词】。连词的话，A and B，这个A和B在句子中的重要程度上是一样的；而如果用along with就不然。比如：
My mom and I went shopping today. 主句就是 我妈妈和我
I, along with my mom, went shopping today. 这句话的主语，就只是我； 我妈妈 充当一个【补充说明的作用】，相对于【我】而言，并不是那么重要。
其次，如果改成along with这句话会产生歧义。 B的话 a lowering of interesting rates and of fears about inflation
是说interesting rates 和fears都 降低了。
