at fault 应该改为 their fault.
另外，冒号 的用法是 一般是 冒号后的一段词组或句子 都是 应该修饰 冒号紧邻冒号前的 名词。
根据意思，冒号后的 一整句话 应该修饰的是 the impact of microcomputer technology.

这样的话，这个句子其实并不是一个完整句，to be at fault部分应该改为
