搜了以前的帖子都说D逻辑主语不对，难道不能看作是结果状语么， M underwent human settlement 这个fact 导致了 making it ....... 做结果状语逻辑主语就是前面的句子呀~~
相反，我觉得E不好, to undergo human settlement 看上去更像修饰earth的。。。

本人觉得D选项语法上没错 很对。有人说 it 指代不清。但是我觉得 应该对 因为 很清楚 it 优先指代句子主语 —— 马达加斯加。
但是d选 似乎改变了句子本来要表达的意思
D 选项 意思正确。 Because Madagascar was one of the last habitable areas of the earth to undergo human settlement, it is an ideal site for researching rare flora and fauna.
