答案是B，我的问题是preferring在句子里做伴随状语吗？我记得prep中说伴随状语不跟完成时态的啊，那如果不是伴随状语，在这里做什么成分呢？求nn们指教！

做伴随状语，伴随be eager to 共同修饰fund managers。

那这道题选什么呢？E？
OG上有道题的确是完成时态后不能跟伴随，但OG的解释是完成时态表示这个动作已经结束，而用ing表伴随的话说明ing的动作和主句的发生时间是一致的，也就是说ing表示的动作在过去已经结束了，因此不合逻辑。
那这道题中prefer to raise的动作可以和eager to do 同时发生吗？
