请问A和E的差异就是all...not 和not...all吧，但是不是应该服从原句的意思，即选A呢？

SC考的是逻辑，并不是中国人讲的语法。正确选项应该是最有效的表达句子想表达的意思的选项，要选择逻辑上合理的明确的选项。
新东方培训中强调的服从原句的意思是个误区，因为原句不一定是正确的，逻辑意思更不一定正确，否则直接选A就可以了。
