我又想了想,觉得好像 C更好一些.
DOES 在此为动词,与前面的MAKES相对应.我以前好象碰到过一道类似的题,不过不是在GMAT里.
..MORE RAIN THAN DOES...
MORE表示"更多的",分别可与各类名词连用,可作限制形容词,修饰名词,也可作补语,还可作代词/名词,作形容词,表示更(多).
THAN做为关系代词,只和形容词,副词的比较级一起用.
EG.1.HE HAS MORE MONEY THAAN IS NECESSARY.
2.HE EATS MORE THAAAN IS GOOD FOR HIM.

我现在也倾向于A.如果不补不引起歧义，就可以省略。如果可能引起歧义，就不能省略。
