A to keep from
B to keep it from
C to avoid
D in order that it would avoid
E in order to keep from

Why C is not correct? Thanks in advance!!![em13]

因为avoid 是及物动词，在原动词形式下，应接宾语。而C中的avoid 后缺宾语。

我记得我的新东方的老师说过
avoide表示主观，而GMAT中用到的应该是表示客观事实
在GMAT语法中一般都是错的
它肯定没有keep away好

就是自己想去避免
客观呢就是用实际行动去避免了即keep away
