A项不太理解,两个it都是指代 schistosomiasis吗？不理解句子意思了
C项为什么错了？
D项中OG说a slight change in meaning,不理解，debilitation 与 debilitating 意思哪里不一样呢?另外，为什么说the construction introduced by such is awkward and wordy.

A 是的 debilitate 是个使动词意思就是使国家衰弱，甚至导致经济低迷

显然有可能表达的不一样的意思

第一句只是说存在一种弱化并没有说明 schistosomiasis 就是这种弱化

也在看这个题目，a的it 应该指的都是 schistosomiasis
说是so as to不能用倒装。
adj好于n，所以用debilitating更好

C错大了，"so adj is it as to ..."压根就没有这个结构.....
建议查一下 "so adj as to ..." 的用法例句

D，说它改变了句意。你这么理解，原句想说 "Although S is not often fatal, S is so debilitating that it has become X"
结果现在变成了"Although S is not often fatal, S becomes X." 这就丢掉了以下两层逻辑意思：1. "S is debilitating"; 2. Because "S is debilitating", S has become X.

难道是只有so as to的用法？？
意思是为了。。。

The test questions are kept secret so as to prevent cheating.
考试题保密以防作弊。
