对于D选项，后面给的解释是说：“and he使句子的主句有两个主谓结构”，我不明白的是，为什么不能看成and连接两个并列的句子呢？？很是困惑啊...求指点求帮助求拯救啊！！！

and如果要连接两个并列句子，前面一定要有逗号

格式：句子，and句子

一句话：and前面有逗号，不一定连接两个句子（X,Y,Z, and W）
and要连接两个句子，前面必须有逗号（句子，and 句子）
