答案是B，问题如下：
Q1，C中黄色影印部分这种介宾结构都是就近修饰的么？
Q2，C中红色影印部分不是SCO,doing的结构么，不是表是结果么？为什么OG上说不清楚是谁stimulate?

个人觉得……是不是因为C中主语是tiny islets,所以变成了

islets stimulating了，于是就错了……

谁能帮我翻译下这句话啊。。。我一直以为就是islets是主语引起了后面的事情。。。

应该是 new maritime code 是主语

条例才会 stimulate dispute

而小岛不会 stimulate dispute

我认为already stimulating也可以作为之前整句话的结果，之前整句话作为-ing的逻辑主语，不知道OG中为什么认为-ing主语不清。

同问楼主的问题，为什么under provisions of the new maritime code修饰对象不清，是否因为距离谓语动词太远的关系？
