我做了蓝皮书（中）P132， 14题和 P137， 15题，都是关于too... to 和 so ..that+否定题，

P132,14
The black hole has entered the popular imagination as an object too massive that neither light nor matter can escape its gravitational pull.
A. too massive that neither light nor matter can escape its
B. too massive for either allowing light or matter to escape its
C. massive enough that either light or matter cannot escape their
D. so massive that neither light nor matter could escape their
E. so massive that neither light nor matter can escape its

答案E, 我错选B。
由于主谓单复一直，排除C,D； too...to..的固定用法排除A。剩下的B和E我无法区别，选了B，结果错了。

P137,5
Most energy analysis now agree the the costs of building and maintaining nuclear reactors are too high for nuclear power to likely  prove cheaper than coal or oil in the long run.
A.  too high for nuclear power to likely
B. high enough for nuclear power to be unlikely to
C. high enough that it is unlikely nuclear power will
D. so high that nuclear power is unlikely to
E. so high as to be unlikely that nuclear power will

答案D，我错选A。
没有enough的强调结构，排除B,C；没有so ..as的结构，排除E。剩下A和D无法区别，我又错选了A。

因此，我跪求大牛们给予指导！我无法区分 too... to.. 和so ...that + 否定的区别。二者的逻辑意思相同，都表示  太...而不能....。请求牛人们给予指点迷津，谢谢！

第一题：如果要用too...to...结构的话应该是too massive for niether light nor matter to escape its...
第二题：A错在likely的用法上，正确的应该是too high for...to prove...。但是原句想表达不可能prove。所以只好换成so that结构。

还有第一题里面的B选项好像多了个ALLOWING，是原选项没有的，是不是不应该加？

怎么感觉newalan讲的不对啊，too。。。to本来就是太。。以至于不能，那第二题A选项用likely没错啊，就是“以至于好像不能证明比较便宜”，还是其实只有sth be too。。。to be done是对的，但是sth be too。。。for sb to do是错的，虽然for sb to do看起来真的很正确？搞不清啊。。。是这样吗，有NN可以解释一下么
