while 是不是表示转折？
B的of是不是应该改成between？

不是很清楚..

A.capitalizing on such school’ traditionally rich relationships with African nationsa :capitalizing...修饰consortium，“traditionally rich relationships with African nationsa ”修饰school，很好的表达了语意，concortium通过利用这个有很强African nationsa 关系的学校，从而integrates African concerns into an international business study

B.while capitalizing on the traditionally rich relationships of such schools and African nations :while 表示同时性的时候引导从句，而这里缺乏主谓。 scholls and african nations失去句子原意

C.through capitalizing on such schools’ and African nations’ traditionally rich relationships ：ing修饰concortium，而captitalizng已经有使用方法的意思了，thorough冗余，schools’ and African nations’ traditionally rich relationships ，意思不对

D.which capitalize on the traditionally rich relationships of such schools and African nations ：concortium 单数，应该用capitalizes , and 结构意思不对

E.in capitalizing on such schools’ and African nations’ traditionally rich relationship :in 冗余 and 结构意思不对

while是连词，如果用了while那么A consortium of historically Black colleges in the United States while……，while前半部分就是个残废

integrates前面的逗号是神马？？？？？！！！= =！

同楼上问。。。逗号很诡异！！

另外，针对4楼和5楼的解释，WHILE是可以接doing表同时的！OG12貌似是134还是多少的题（recently implemented shift work based on study of human sleep cycle的那道）就是while 加doing 表同时！

PREP里有个题介绍了while 的特殊用法，while +现在分词作时间状语，有时候可以有成分省略，如:I often knit whlie I am watching tv,可以省略为I often knit while watching tv,不难看出是在从句与主句谓语相同
