答案是A 我觉得D也对啊。。。 OG说those 不能指代civilization且无指代我觉得前面提到了civilization，这里可以代指其复数形式啊。。
求指教~

the same ...as结构中，as后应加名词。。。难道是因为这个？

代词要与所指代的n的单复数相同，就是GMAC常强调的一致问题~所以不能前面没有提到，就随便指代复数形式~
