（By）1810 the 23 towns of Hampshire County, Massachusetts, (had reached) a remarkable (uniform) of economic development (as well as) population density.这题的答案是D，但是我认为uniform的词性不对啊，应该是uniformity才对，as well as虽然没and好，但是也是可以将就的。

分析：改为those，指代crystals.后面的which指代silicon dioxide,所以用单数has

答案： C uniform>> unification
