我回答吧，C选项：不定式，分词，and名词，所以不平行。

C明显错误啊。

and如果要和前面的reservoir平行，则应该加上as

如果是和前面的possibly causing平行，则又与后面的名词：significant contributor不对称了

我也觉得E是对的，虽然我的参考答案给的是A。不过话说回来，GWD每一套总有几道题是错误的，跟OG的答案不一样！总之，只有OG的答案才是铁打正确的，谁叫试题就是他们出的呢~~

其实我觉得。关键在于有cause作为名词的意思，就没必要使用causing动名词来表示名词的意思...
