可能是我没有表达清楚吧，我的意思是因为有while studying这个状语的存在，所以A do sth and B do sth这种表达方式不好，因为A和B是一个句子中的结构，如果我说while studying这个状语是修饰逻辑主语B的呢，虽然距离比较远，但是他们是并列的句子而且连在一起的，如果是A do sth and do sth这样就不会产生歧义，我是这样理解的。
