你来了英国会发现，利物浦的口音会比卡迪夫重，在英国，是北方口音重于南方。

No significant difference between the two schools regarding to

general academic ranking. But I don't know which one has a better HR

program.
FYI: People in Liverpool are called scousians. They speak scouse, a

very very strong accent. I think scouse is to standard london accent

what sichuan accent is to standard mandarin. It'll be a tough time

when you talk to local people. But this won't be a big obstacle and

fortunately, most, if not all, lecturers do not speak scouse. Anyway,

Liverpool is good place to live, you can see seagulls in the city.
