我只见过一次就是be known to have done。是有特殊含义的，表明have
done的行为在be known之前发生的。
其他时候没见过。：“to have begun”"has been expanding本身不平行。OG的
意思应该是，and前后句子要平行，后面是完整句子前面也应该有谓语，而不能
