答案C，但是这里的used to ...和studied 不会引起歧义吗？因为跟在transplant后面，会不会被理解为修饰transplant呢？

平行结构～～～～

如果修饰transplant，则不需要逗号。

OG10第141题中，transplant为可数名词，141. Unlike transplants between identical twins, whose genetic endowment is the same, all patients receiving hearts or other organs must take antirejection drugs for the rest of their lives.

(B)
Besides transplants involving identical twins
            with the same genetic endowment

(C)
Unless the transplant involves identical twins

Aside from a transplant between identical twins with the same genetic endowment

Other than transplants between identical twins,
            whose genetic endowment is the same

所以我的选择是E，and may study them修饰doctors

transplant 到底是可数还是不可数呢？

這題重點是句意
use 必須要有動作者, Doctors已經被拿去做hope的動作,後面的主動表達會有作用者的疑慮
stem cells不會自己use them(又是指自己) to test..
因此A,B,D表主動的use必錯
E句尾的may study them也錯,因為stem cells不會study them

transplant  确实是可数名词啊  查了的。。。而且确实OG上有题目显示就是可数的

很多人说C
C  ，used to test drugs and potentially toxic chemicals, and studied 有逗号一样可以修饰就进原则
直接就修饰前面的 transplant 了而且平行  和那个平行啊 called?  有见过三个动词的平行中间插进去一个有完整谓语动词和宾语的结构的嘛
4个答案没一个看起来靠谱的
