我认为选B，因为 their eyes是复数，而要用 those指代，而且a mammal's可以理解成与their平行啊
但是答案是C。请大家看看这个题~~

C错，因为that不能指代eyes，可以改为from those of a mamal。

另，原句结构：their eyes … from a mammal’s eyes …

这里省略eyes，their与mammal’s平行。

此外根据简洁原则B也优于C。
