我选的是A。
compared with about35 percent不太对吧，要有比较对象的不是？

就是因为要有比较对象，才是c
两个percent比较。43 percent compared with about 35 percent，此处about取“大概”的意思的

A太糟了。
拿Hispanics/Percent与 a decade ago比较。
it指代不清。
而且整个句子压根就很难读通噢。。。In California today，这个就很不好咯。
