现在很多人拿Offer的已经很多了，大家可能开始关心在美国/香港就业情况了，就个人以及同学（CMU MSCF）半年来面试的经验，感觉今年比去年好上不少。上周末学校Career Center的update说已经有41%的人secure了summer intern，估计到这周末应该会超过50%。

投行招人回暖主要体现在发interview的数量，招的职位的种类以及最终发offer的数量。我大概投了90个职位（美国及亚洲），拿到约30个interview，9个final round，拿了中意的offer以后已经把剩下的final都拒了。目前我知道MSCF拿到offer包括（有的position有多于一个的offer）：

DB Global Markets Summer Associate (London)
DB Global Markets Summer Associate (HK/SGP) 中国人
DB Global Markets Summer Analyst (HK/SGP) 中国人*2

UBS Fixed Income Sales & Trading Summer Associate (Stamford)
UBS Equities Sales & Trading Summer Associate (Stamford)
UBS Fixed Income Quantitative Analysis Summer Analyst (Stamford) 中国人
UBS Equities Sales & Trading Summer Analyst (Tokyo) 中国人

JP Morgan Fixed Income Strategy Summer Associate (New York)
BNP Paribas Fixed Income Trading  Summer Associate (New York)
Barclays Capital Emerging Market Fixed Income Trading Summer Analyst (SGP)
Nomura Fixed Income Sales & Trading Summer Analyst (HK) 中国人*3

*以上所列中国人不包括ABC及香港移民
这些基本都是On Campus Interview或者是亚洲的投行，美国大部分投行招聘（不过没有来on campus的话说明CMU不是target school，拿offer难度比较大，除非networking得很好）才刚刚开始，亚洲有不少投行刚刚面完终面（如Citi，JP Morgan），或者刚刚开始终面(如BarCap, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, UBS)。所以可以预计从头行这边还能generate不少offer。

可见市场已经恢复得挺好了，去年intern的median offer大概是6000刀，今年已经统计进来的median是8300刀。当然，这俩sample不一样，现在pool里的offer属于质量较好的，最终的number会比这个低，但提高挺明显的。
