Curriculum
Classes are taught by a faculty internationally known for financial expertise. The degree is offered to two distinct groups:
Students who have already earned an M.B.A. with a non-finance focus, and need additional training in finance and/or are considering a career change.
Students with a completed Bachelor degree and a demonstrated quantitative aptitude.
Required Core Courses (for those without a prior M.B.A.)
Students who do not hold an M.B.A. start in July and complete 43 credits to receive the degree:
GBA 461 Core Economics for M.S. Students (Foundations Course)
GBA 462 Core Statistics for M.S. Students (Foundations Course)
ACC 401 Corporate Financial Accounting (plus 1 credit lab)
FIN 402 Capital Budgeting and Corporate Objectives

ACC 410 Accounting for Management and Control

FIN 413 Corporate Finance
