答案 B，我语法很差，请高手不吝赐教！

文中的their逻辑意思应该是指代法国人，而A、C中根据就近原则指代的是美国人所以错。
E错因为原文的意思是consume fatty foods的rate，而E中是说people的rate。
D中变成了rate。。。consumed。。。是不对的，应该是food被consume而不是rate

A) Incorrectly compare "ppl in Fr" with "US"

C) "their" illogically refers to "fatty food"
D) "the rate of fatty food" changes the meaning of the original sentence.
E) commits the same mistake as D)
