"interview can eliminate job applicants who have unsuited personalities" => "interview is an essential part of a successful hiring program"
D和"interview can eliminate job applicants who have unsuited personalities"说得几乎是一个意思
而且纠结一下语法“have personalities that are unsuited to the job” 和"job applicants’ personalities are suited to the job"有很大的区别
