选B。误选A，compared to的罗嗦不可忍受。可是这里的there be结构没有问题吗？不是很罗嗦？另外，there be这个结构在GMAT里面一度被歧视，但看来不是一个必错结构。

注意未画线部分的there be 这是there be与there be之间的PK~

这个题的C选项问题出在whose上吗？还是出在平行上？
