笔记上解释C错误时说and it would represent在语法上与主句并列,如果与主句并列and前不是应该加逗号么?

我认为it应该省略，这个更明显，你接着往下做prep，会发现，前后两个句子，如果主语一样，后面那个主语一般都省略

这点我是知道的,我只是觉得如果我是说如果笔记上说的and it would represent在语法上与主句并列是成立的,那么and 前也应该加逗号吧

C是it指代不清的问题，比较选项C和D的话，D比较好

C的it和前面不平行吧。D比较好，and后面也是修饰increase ，比较平行
