是否A的should 去掉也对, 去掉should 后,A 和D 有什么区别?

答案是E吧？
A去掉should也是错，变成demanding修饰Coco-cola company

分词是就近修饰还是修饰的句子主语呢？

这一题的关键应该是：分词短语作定语语定语从句做定语的区别。前者强调动作重复性，多次性，与客观性；后者强调动作的具体发生时间,强调动作的一次性。
本题有特定的时间状语：in July 1985 ，consumer只是在那个时间demand，故应用定语从句修饰
大家还记得那一题吧。occuring when a child
that occurred when they were children
星月多多：demanding就近修饰consumers，没问题
逻辑上，顾客要求Coca-Cola company。。。，也没问题（it指代Coca-Cola company，没有指代不清）

放在名词后面的分词常常和一个关系从句一样，起“限定性”作用
这儿是就近修饰consumer
如果要修饰主句主语的话，前面要加逗号
