A是对选，但是如果D选改为 are endangered by contracting trypanosomiasis, 算对吗？endanger包含有生命危险的意思，contract为传染，我自己理解为生命被传染trypanosomiasis危害（直译），那么和A比较的话，那个算是优选呢？
